Bread & Salads

• Artisanal Breads: assorted bagels, sourdough, jalapeño cheddar, blueberry corn muffins, orange cranberry muffins, zucchini chocolate bread, cinnamon streusel bread, banana nut bread, cinnamon buns, assorted croissants, fruit danish; seasonal jams, whipped butters, flavored creamed cheeses
• Local Harvest Greens Bar: assorted vinaigrettes
• Seasonal Salads: tomato caprese, roasted vegetable & farro, feta fattoush, cheddar macaroni salad, curry cole slaw, sweet potato salad, sliced charcuterie and imported cheeses, pickled vegetables, hummus, tzatziki, roasted red pepper dip, over-stuffed deviled eggs

Stations

• Dim Sum Station: fried and seared potstickers, assorted dumplings, spring rolls, char siu pork belly, korean BBQ bao buns, kimchi fried rice, bulgogi rice bowl
• Carving Station: long bone ribeye roast, house smoked pastrami, pineapple glazed ham, smoked turkey, whole herb roasted salmon, chef inspired sauces
• Omelet Station: made to order omelet with toppings of your choice

Buffets

• Raw Bar: steamed shrimp, oysters, snow crab legs, smoked salmon, tuna tataki, seaweed salad, seafood accompaniments
• Paella: vegetable; seasonal vegetables, aleppo cream and saffron rice, spanish seafood; mussels, shrimp, calamari, chorizo and spring peas with saffron rice
• Pastas: chicken bolognese rigatoni, penne alfredo, farfalle con vodka with sausage, villagio meatballs and 12-layer lasagna
