We recommend 1 server for every 20-25 people.

We would prefer to have early access to the event so that we are not disrupting or loading in equipment and food while the event is in progress.

This will depend on the size of the order but in general, we like to arrive at least an hour early to unload and set everything up.

We offer drop off and set up with no staffing or we can have a staff on hand to set up, serve, bus and breakdown the buffet.

We bring in server(s) that are dedicated to making sure that you receive a timely, accurate order. They are responsible for loading/unloading and the full set up. Since this is their shift for the day, we do charge a gratuity.

We provide disposable chaffing dishes, sternos, serving utensils, plastic plates, cutlery and napkins complimentary for catering deliveries. We can also provide non-disposable items at your request. There is an additional charge for this based on what is needed and the headcount.

We can fit 3 chaffing dishes on a 6ft table and 4 on an 8ft table.  You catering coordinator will let you know how many tables are needed and we can also provide those tables for an additional charge.

Yes, we can provide tablecloths and napkins.

We provide chaffing dishes and sternos and warming racks if necessary.

For drop off orders, we require 14 days notice. For full set up orders, we require 45 days notice.

Yes, your catering coordinator can send over an estimate based on your headcount. They will ask you some general questions about the type of food you are looking for but can put together an order for you.

Your catering coordinator will be happy to send over an estimate with quantities based on your headcount and selection. They will set up a call to discuss this afterwards and you can make any adjustments that you would like.

That is totally fine, we require a final headcount 10 days before the event and can make changes to the order up until that date.

We require 10 days notice in writing for drop off orders and 30 days notice for full service orders.  Anything canceled after these dates will be charged 50% of the total order.  Any orders canceled within 48 hours of the event will be charged 100% of the order plus gratuity and service fee.

Yes, they are available if they are requested in writing 10 days before the date of the event.

We will deliver within a 50 mile radius. Anything over 50 miles will be charged $3/mile.

For orders under $2K, we keep a credit card on file, nothing will be charged until the delivery date. For orders over $2K, we require a 50% deposit to be paid within 3 business days of signing the contract. Deposits are not refundable.
